The Rock Opens ADC’s Vault

Former PDC Tour Card holder Peter Hudson won the recent Vault Series Round Robin competition in the Northwest region, beating Nathan Care 3-2 in the Final at the Pendlebury Social Club in Manchester. 

The 38-year-old who played in the 2022 PDC World Darts Championship, currently has 10 points in the regional table with the top 32 qualifying for Finals Night at the end of this current series. The Englishman is 1 point away from 32nd-placed James Beeton with 9 more competitions scheduled for February. 

Hudson and many others will have their eyes fully set on the possibility of reaching the MODUS Super Series, with the winner of Finals Night earning a spot on the weekly competition live on sporty stuff TV and on YouTube. 

The Eccles-born thrower will also have an opportunity to travel to Portsmouth with the upcoming Winmau Open Series taking place at Wythenshawe Forum in April, with four places on offer to the winners of the four events taking place. 

ADC Number 1 Paul Nesbitt has continued his fantastic start to 2023 after winning another ADC Vault Series Round Robin competition, this time at the Sky Lounge in the Northeast region. 

Nezzy leads 2nd placed Tony Wood by 19 points in the current standings after he beat 4th placed Jack Howarth 3-1 averaging 82.56, including a fifteen-dart break of throw with a 70 finish in the third leg. 

The Pincher who sits second has the higher overall average than the current leader, with the Gateshead thrower winning seven Round Robin competitions since the Series started. 

The player who threw the maiden nine dart leg in the Amateur Darts Circuit, beat Dale Graham 3-0 in the Final on Sunday at the South Gorsforth Club finishing with a 120 Shanghai checkout to seal another 6 points. 

ADC Championship Tour 8 winner Daniel Lauby sits fourth in the Midlands region rankings, nine points off current leader Samuel Price who has 46 points and two Vault Series successes so far this year. 

Wayne Mynard in second won the most recent and his third Midlands Round Robin competition after beating Martin Tonks 3-0 on Monday night at Riley’s in Coventry. 

This upcoming weekend of ADC Action will see the February Grand Slam of Darts, the Haddenham Darts Open and the Globe Gateshead February Comp with more ranking points available to those in the ADC, as Paul Nesbitt leads the way at the top off current proceedings with 270pts.
