Thibault Tricole secured his place in Saturday’s finale on Wednesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the Modus Super Series.
Tricole, who entered Wednesday’s play in 2nd on 16 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall, after winning all five of his matches for the second day in a row, as he recorded victories against Thomas Banks, William Borland, Nico Blum, Harry Ward and Felix Schiertz, to finish on 26 points from a possible 30.
Elsewhere, William Borland and Harry Ward will compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall, with Borland ending on 22 points and Ward on 18 points. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Jarred Cole, Rob Grundy and Danny Smith.
Nico Blum, Thomas Banks and Felix Schiertz will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively overall, with Blum ending on 10 points, Banks on 8 points and Schiertz on 6 points. The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Keelan Kay, Geoff Murray and Charlie Large.
Modus Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm GMT and Group B commencing from 10pm GMT.
Play will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Sporty Stuff TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
