Conor Heneghan took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, with Week Two of Series Seven commencing at the Modus Super Series.
Heneghan, who last appeared at the Super Series back in December, made his return by taking the early lead in Group A, after winning four matches from five.
The Irishman recorded victories against Darren Armstrong, Lewy Williams, Carlo Van Peer and Danny Jansen, with his only defeat coming against Andy Boulton, to end the day on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, a trio of players in Danny Jansen, Darren Armstrong and Carlo Van Peer ended the day 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively on 6 points each, with Andy Boulton sitting in 5th on 4 points.
Lewy Williams currently sits bottom on 0 points, the Welshman having suffered five defeats from five whilst trying to fund his feet on his Super Series debut.
The Modus Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Heneghan leading the way thus far.
