This coming weekend in the Andy Wheeler Fisheries Championship Division of the UKDA National League West Midlands have the opportunity to pull further away from the relegation zone as they travel to take on Oxfordshire at the local Bicester Ex-Servicemen’s Club, 67 Sheep Street, Bicester, Oxford, Oxfordshire OX26 6JW. Going into the fixture West Midlands are two places off the foot of the table with 104 points from six games while their hosts are next to bottom of the table with ninety points from five games and with the home side having played one game fewer than the West Midlands it really is a must-win game for the visitors.

In the L-Style Division One of the UKDA National League Black Country have the opportunity to climb back up the table as they take on Somerset in what is their seventh game of the season. Currently lying sixth in the division with 127 points from six games Black Country are just above their seventh placed opponents who are on 113 points from seven games, so a decent win could see them possibly move up into the top three places as third placed Berkshire are only nine points ahead of them and have played one game more than them.

Nottinghamshire v Salopian

Following their 20-16 defeat away to Middlesex in Division Two of the UKDA National League Salopian will be looking to get back into winning ways this coming weekend when once again they will travel, this time to the Arnold and District Victory Club, Church Drive East, Daybrook, Nottingham, NG5 6JG where they will take on the local county Nottinghamshire.

Currently Salopian are placed third in the division on 129 points, eight short of leaders Clwyd and only two behind second placed Middlesex but importantly they are three places above their hosts and have nine points more than them, should prove to be a very entertaining fixture.

Shropshire v Isle of Wight

This coming weekend Shropshire will play hosts to Isle of Wight in what will be their latest fixture in Division Three of the UKDA National League. After suffering a narrow 19-17 defeat away to Breconshire in their previous fixture Shropshire will be hoping to return to winning ways and move further away from the foot of the table as currently they are on 112 points, thirteen ahead of next to bottom of the table Montgomery and Radnor and fifty-two to the good on their opponents who are at the foot of the table. A win could easily see Shropshire move up two to three places in the table as the three teams above them are Pembrokeshire with 113 points, Bedfordshire on 114 and Wirral with 123.
