Michael Burgoine continues to be a force in the Amateur Darts Circuit, as he tops the East of England region in the Vault 6.0 with 246 points.

The Englishman has claimed 4 Round Robin successes since the introduction of the 7-week qualifying phase, winning on Sunday at the Kempston Con Club in his most recent Round Robin success.

The Burger Boy included a first 9 dart average of 106.11 in a 3-0 Semi Final victory over Rob Woods, before claiming the tournament against Russel Albon in a last leg decider in Kempston.

Burgoine leads the East of England region by 26 points ahead of Darren Youngs in 2nd, with this the penultimate week before the 32 highest ranked players in each region return for Finals Day.

Michael has always been a threat in the Vault format as he continues in his attempts to qualify for the MODUS Super Series, with his form in previous Vault’s suggesting that his chance will eventually come through the ADC.

Former PDC Tour Card holders Stuart Kellet and Wes Newton are the top 2 players in the Northwest region, with KO already benefitting fully from the opportunities in the Vault Round Robin structure as he awaits his chance at the Live Lounge.

STUART KELLET WINMAU WORLD MASTERS 2010 SEMI FINAL

Stuart leads by 16 points ahead of The Warrior in the overall rankings, winning 5 competitions so far all at the Castle Sports and Social Club in Horwich.

Davie Kirwan and Scott Winder who have both appeared at the MODUS Super Series before, are looking comfortable in Scotland with regards a place at Finals Day, with Davie leading the region with 276 points ahead of Scott in 2nd by 35 points.

The Claymore has picked up a whopping 7 Round Robin titles in a fantastic campaign, claiming one of his tournament successes after averaging 90.65 in beating Brandon Clark 3-1 in the Final at the Airdre Working Men’s Club.

Kirwan appeared at the Lakeside World Championships as well as the Red Dragon Champion of Champions last year, whilst claiming a silver medal with Scotland at the 2023 WDF World Cup in Denmark in the pairs event, with partner Danny Trueman.

The Scotsman has continued in the same reign of form in 2024 and looks all but set to return for Finals Day, and an opportunity at trying to secure a place at the MODUS Super Series once again.

Elsewhere, Dan Nicholls leads by 76 points at the top of the Midlands region whilst Geoff Heath remains the player to catch at the top of the Southeast and London rankings, with 2 weeks now left to play in the 7-week league phase section of the Vault 6.0.
