Red Dragon Darts

This coming weekend Warwickshire County Darts Organisation will be hoping to make it five consecutive wins in the Cosmo Darts Premier Division of the UKDA National League when they make the journey to the Chelmsford. where they will take on Essex in what will be their penultimate game of the season.

Going into the fixture Warwickshire are riding high in third place with 173 points while their hosts are two places below them placed fifth with 155 points, with the confidence of victories in their previous four outings Warwickshire could well make it five wins in a row.

West Midlands Battle

The West Midlands will be playing what could well be a survival battle this coming weekend when they travel to the Pinxton Village Hall, 3 Kirkstead Close, Pinxton, NG16 6NA where they will square-up to Derbyshire in what will be their ninth of a scheduled ten fixtures in the Andy Wheeler Fisheries Championship Division of the UKDA National League. As the league stands before the fixture West Midlands are two places off the foot of the table with 136 while their hosts are next to bottom on 133 points, but in addition to their game with West Midlands Derbyshire still have another two fixtures to play, so defeat, not even a draw is an option for West Midlands, this is a must-win game if they are to have any chance of playing in the Championship Division next season.

Black Country Aiming Higher

With a home game against Devon in the L-Style Division One of the UKDA National League this coming weekend Black Country have the opportunity to climb a little higher up the divisional table as they are currently placed sixth and only nine points short of second in the division Gwent. Black Country’s opponents Devon are three places below them in ninth position and on 138 points, some thirty-two behind their hosts. A win could well see Black Country set themselves up for promotion as their final fixture of the season is an away game against next to bottom of the division Tyne and Wear.
