Former Red Dragon Champion of Champions winner Paul Hogan won Week 6 of Series 8 at the MODUS Super Series, after beating Sebastian Bialecki 4-3 in the Final.
“Crocodile Dundee” had lost in both of his matches with Sebastian in Group B earlier in the week but won in the most important matchup between the two, on Saturday night.
Paul opened his Finals Night campaign with a 4-2 victory over Group C Runner Up David Wawrzewski, which was enough to get him through after “Wozzy’s on Fire” stunned Lee Cocks 4-0 in the opening match.
The Englishman moved through to face Final Group 1 winner David Evans, again getting the better of “Stretch” as he did in the group, winning 4-1 and recording a 100% finishing rate to reach the Final.

Sebastian Bialecki came out of the other side of the draw, losing out earlier in the night against a perfect David Evans on the outer ring, before securing his place in the Semi Finals with a 4-2 win over Tommy Lishman.
“The Bolt” claimed a 4-2 success over David Wawrzewski to reach the Final, setting up a Final with Hogan in what would be their third match of the week.
Paul punished missed match darts from Sebastian to win a last leg decider in the Final, joining Tom Sykes, Jim Long, Richard-Eirig Rowlands, Jimmy van Schie and Neil Duff at the Series 8 Champions Week.
The MODUS Super Series returns on Monday for the start of Week 7, with the likes of Mike Warburton, Wesley Plaisier and Cam Crabtree all in action.
