Conor Heneghan took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, as the Ninth Week of Series Eight commenced at the Modus Super Series.
Heneghan, who last appeared at the Super Series back in May, made his return by taking the early lead in Group A, with the Irishman winning four of his five matches, as he recorded victories against Tom Lonsdale, Moreno Blom, Thomas Banks and Simon Adams, with his only defeat coming against Stefaan Henderyck, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, Moreno Blom and Tom Lonsdale ended the day 2nd and 3rd respectively on 6 points each, whilst Stefaan Henderyck and Simon Adams sit 4th and 5th on 4 points each, with Thomas Banks sitting bottom on 2 points.

The Modus Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Heneghan leading the way thus far.
