Alec Small was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week One at the Modus Super Series, after defeating Adam Sevada in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly first prize.
Small, who entered the finale having won Group C on Thursday and Friday, began the night by winning both of his group phase matches, as he whitewashed Ross Montgomery and Adam Sevada to progress through to the Semi Finals, where he came up against Neil Meneer, and from there, Small defeated the Englishman, 4-2, to book his place in the final.
In the decider, Small came up against Adam Sevada for the second time on the night, who’d defeated Jack Tweddell in the last four.
