Kevin Burness took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five, with Week Three of Series 11 commencing at the Modus Super Series. 

Burness, who last appeared at the Super Series back in March, made a perfect return by taking the early lead in Group A, after winning all five of his matches, as he recorded victories against Will Beaden, Graham Hall, Brian Raman, Pim Van Bijnen and Alec Small, to sit on a maximum 10 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Graham Hall ended the day in 2nd on 6 points, whilst three players in Alec Small, Brian Raman and Will Beaden sit 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively on 4 points each, with Pim Van Bijnen sitting bottom on 2 points.  

The Modus Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Burness leading the way thus far. Play will be streamed on the MODUS Super Series YouTube channel, Pluto TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
