Sneyd Steals Into Super Series Lead

Carl Sneyd took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning three of his five matches, with Week Five of Series 11 commencing at the MODUS Super Series. 

Sneyd, who last appeared at the Super Series back in February, made his return by taking the early lead in Group A, after winning three matches from five and recording victories against David Fatum, Ricardo Ulrich and Andy Hamilton, with his two defeats coming against Joe Croft and Lorenzo Pronk, to end on 6 points from a possible 10 thus far.  

Elsewhere, three players in Lorenzo Pronk, Andy Hamilton and Joe Croft ended the day 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively on 6 points each and behind Sneyd on leg difference, whilst Ricardo Ulrich finished 5th on 4 points and David Fatum bottom on 2 points.  

The MODUS Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Sneyd leading the way thus far.

Play will begin at 9:30am BST and will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Pluto TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
