Saturday night’s MODUS Super Series Finals Night rounded off another entertaining week of darts action, with Boris Krcmar producing a superb display to claim the weekly title. After six days of league competition, eight players returned to the MODUS Live Lounge knowing that one strong evening would be enough to lift the trophy, and it was the Croatian who rose to the occasion.
The evening began with two round-robin groups before the top two from each progressed to the semi-finals. In Group One, Jack Tweddell continued the impressive form that had seen him dominate earlier in the week, recording victories over Jack Drayton (4-2), Robbie Martin (4-0) and Conor Heneghan (4-1) to comfortably top the group. Robbie Martin claimed the second qualification spot after victories against Jack Drayton (4-2) and Conor Heneghan (4-2). Boris Krcmar also enjoyed a strong group stage, defeating Scott Mitchell (4-1), Conor Heneghan (4-0) and Robbie Martin (4-2) to finish top of Group Two, while Reece Robinson secured the remaining semi-final place after opening the night with a 4-2 win over Fallon Sherrock.

The semi-finals produced two high-quality contests. Tweddell edged past Robinson to book his place in the final after another composed performance, while Krcmar overcame Martin to continue his unbeaten run through the evening. Both matches highlighted the fine margins that often define the MODUS format, with timely finishing proving just as important as heavy scoring.
The final saw the week’s two standout performers go head-to-head. Tweddell had been one of the most consistent players throughout the week, but Krcmar found another level when it mattered most. His scoring remained relentless, and his finishing under pressure was outstanding as he claimed the title with a deserved victory, capping off an excellent night’s work.
Krcmar’s success was built on consistency rather than moments of brilliance alone. Every time an opponent threatened to build momentum, he responded with a timely maximum or a crucial checkout. That composure proved to be the difference, earning him the weekly crown and continuing his reputation as one of the most reliable performers on the MODUS circuit.
The MODUS Super Series once again showcased why it remains one of the most entertaining competitions in darts. With short-format matches, quality fields and constant pressure, every leg mattered, making for another memorable Finals Night and a fitting conclusion to an excellent week of competition.
