Scott Mitchell secured his place in Saturday’s Double Trouble Finale on Wednesday, after winning four of his five matches to end his Group A campaign, top, as the field was confirmed for Groups B and C at the MODUS Super Series.
Scotty-Dog, who entered Wednesday’s play on 12 points from the opening two days of Group A, topped the group overall after winning four matches from five, as he recorded victories against Andreas Harrysson, Richie Burnett, Neil Duff and Robert Thornton, with his only defeat coming against Steve West, to end on 20 points from a possible 30 overall.
Elsewhere, Andreas Harrysson and Neil Duff will both compete in Group B, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall on 16 points each. The duo will be joined on Thursday and Friday Evening by Fallon Sherrock, Simon Whitlock and Steve Lennon.
Steve West, Robert Thornton and Richie Burnett will all compete in Group C, after finishing 4th, 5th and 6th respectively overall with West ending on 14 points, whilst Thornton and Burnett ended on 12 points each.
The trio will be joined on Thursday and Friday Afternoon by Richie Howson, Keegan Brown and Scott Campbell.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Thursday with Group C commencing from 1pm BST and Group B commencing from 10pm BST.
