EVER popular Scot John Henderson took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five, with Week Four of Series 15 commencing at the MODUS Super Series.
Hendo, who last competed at the Super Series back in May, made a perfect return by taking the early lead after winning all five of his matches.
The former World Cup of Darts champion recorded victories against Jack Smith, Adam Hunt, Jurgen Nuijten, Danny Van Trijp and Steve Beaton, to sit on a maximum 10 points from a possible 10 thus far.
Elsewhere, Adam Hunt and Steve Beaton (above) ended the day 2nd and 3rd respectively on 6 points each, whilst Jack Smith sits in 4th on 4 points, with Jurgen Nuijten and Danny Van Trijp sitting 5th and 6th on 2 points each.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Henderson leading the way thus far.
