The latest batch of Winmau Challenge Tour events gets underway this morning from Milton Keynes, as the players jockey for position to claim the end of season goodies including tour cards or major event qualifications. 2026 form horses Joe Hunt and Derek Coulson lead the way by a clear margin.
Positions three to ten in the rankings are separated by less than £2000 – or one good weekend – with many familiar names battling for free q-school places event qualifications and next in line spots that may become available.

Come back kid Harry Ward in in tenth spot after a win and another good run at the most recent weekend of action. While others such as Tommy Lishman, Daniel Ayres and Tommy Morris are closer to those top two positions.

Christopher Wickenden also claimed his first PDC title in Hildesheim and will be looking to continue his very impressive progress after winning a DarstWorld ‘Amateur Award’ a few years ago.
The PDC’s second-tier tour features 24 events, each worth £15,000, played across five weekends during the calendar year with the approaching weekend being the penultimate block .
