Keegan Brown, Steve West, Neil Duff, Fallon Sherrock and Simon Whitlock all secured their places in Saturday’s Double Trouble Finale on Friday after coming through their respective darts groups at the MODUS Super Series, to join Scott Mitchell, the winner of Group A earlier in the week.
Brown, who entered Friday’s play on 10 points from the opening day of Group C, topped the group overall after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five, as he recorded victories against Richie Howson, Steve West, Scott Campbell, Richie Burnett and Robert Thornton, to end on a maximum 20 points from a possible 20 overall.
Elsewhere, Steve West also progressed through to Saturday’s Finale, after finishing 2nd overall on 10 points, edging out Robert Thornton, who also ended on 10 points, but missed out in 3rd due to leg difference, whilst Richie Howson finished 4th on 8 points, with Scott Campbell and Richie Burnett finishing 5th and 6th on 6 points each.

In Group B, Neil Duff topped the group overall after winning three of his four matches on Friday Evening, as he recorded victories against Andreas Harrysson, Fallon Sherrock and Simon Whitlock, with his only defeat coming against Steve Lennon, to end on 12 points from a possible 16 overall.
Elsewhere, Fallon Sherrock and Simon Whitlock also progressed through to Saturday’s Finale, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall on 10 points each, whilst Steve Lennon finished 4th on 6 points and Andreas Harrysson bottom on 2 points.
The Modus Super Series continues on Saturday with the conclusion of Double Trouble Week with the six players battling it out for the £5,000 top prize. Play will commence from 7:30pm BST and will be streamed live on Pluto TV.
