Williams Leads MODUS Super Series

Patrik Williams took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, with Week Three of Series 13 commencing at the Modus Super Series. 

Patrik, who was making his debut at the Super Series, made a perfect start by taking the early lead in Group A after winning four of his five matches, as he recorded victories against Scott Campbell, Lars-Erik Lindgreen, Archie Self and Steve Lennon, with his only defeat coming against Radek Szaganski, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Radek Szaganski and Steve Lennon also ended the day on 8 points each but sit 2nd and 3rd respectively behind Williams on leg difference, whilst Scott Campbell sits in 4th on 4 points, Archie Self in 5th on 2 points and Lars-Erik Lindgreen bottom on 0 points having suffered five straight defeats.  

The Modus Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Williams leading the way thus far.
