Dustin Straver and Jack Aldridge took the early lead on Thursday in ending Day One of their respective groups, top, as they look to join Nathan Potter in Saturday’s finale at the MODUSSuper Series darts.
Dustin, who entered Group C having finished 5th in Group A earlier in the week, took the early lead after winning four of his five matches, as he recorded victories against Tom Cromwell, Terry Nash, Karl Coleman and Jack Tweddell, with his only defeat coming against Dylan Dowling, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Terry Nash also ended the day on 8 points, but sits in 2nd behind Straver on leg difference, whilst Jack Tweddell (above) sits in 3rd on 6 points, Dylan Dowling in 4th on 4 points, with Tom Cromwell and Karl Coleman sitting 5th and 6th on 2 points each.
In Group B, Jack Aldridge took the early lead after winning three of his four matches on Thursday Evening, as he recorded victories against Lee Evans, Graham Usher and Conor Heneghan, with his only defeat coming against Gary Stone, to sit on 6 points from a possible 8 thus far.
Elsewhere, Graham Usher also ended the night on 6 points but sits in 2nd behind Aldridge due to the pair’s head-to-head statistic, whilst Lee Evans sits in 3rd on 4 points, with Conor Heneghan and Gary Stone sitting 4th and 5th on 2 points each.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Friday with players continuing to battle out as they aim to join Nathan Potter in Saturday’s finale, with Straver and Aldridge taking the early lead thus far. Group C will commence from 1pm GMT and Group B will commence from 10pm GMT.
