Nathan Potter was victorious on Saturday as he was crowned the winner of Week Eight of the MODUS Super Series darts, after defeating Terry Nash in the final to secure a place in Champions Week and winning the weekly £5,000 top prize.
Nathan, who entered the finale having won Group A earlier in the week, began the night by winning just one of his two group phase matches, as he firstly suffered a defeat to Terry Nash before defeating Graham Usher. However, the Englishman did progress through to the Semi Finals where he came up against Jack Tweddell (below) and from there, Potter defeated his compatriot, 4-2, to book his place in the final.

In the decider, Potter came up against Terry Nash for the second time on the night, who defeated nine-dart star Lee Evans in the last four, and this time ‘The Wizard’ got his revenge against Nash and defeated his compatriot, 4-2, to pick up a maiden weekly title and secure a place at Champions Week for the first time.
The MODUS Super Series returns on Monday with the start of Week Nine, with the first of three days of Group A commencing, with the field including the likes of Jenson Walker, Adam Hunt and Jack Drayton.
