Llew Bevan and Dawson Murschell took the early lead on Thursday in ending Day One of their respective groups, top, as they look to join Danny Baggish in Saturday’s Finale at MODUS Super Series darts.
Bevan, who last competed at the Super Series back in July 2024, made a perfect long-awaited return by taking the early lead in Group C after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five, as he recorded victories against Neven Resetar, Jeff Smith, Jack Smith, Dylan Grazier and Michael Huntley, to sit on a maximum 10 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Jeff Smith ended the day in 2nd on 8 points, whilst Michael Huntley sits in 3rd on 6 points, Neven Resetar in 4th on 4 points, Jack Smith in 5th on 2 points and Dylan Grazier bottom on 0 points having suffered five straight defeats.
In Group B, Dawson Murschell took the early lead after winning three of his four matches on Thursday Evening, as he recorded victories against Mark Dudbridge, Conan Whitehead and Justin Smith, with his only defeat coming against Martyn Turner, to sit on 6 points from a possible 8 thus far.
Elsewhere, Martyn Turner also ended the night on 6 points, but sits in 2nd behind Murschell on leg difference, whilst Mark Dudbridge sits in 3rd on 4 points, with Conan Whitehead and Justin Smith sitting 4th and 5th on 2 points each.
The Modus Super Series continues on Friday with players continuing to battle out as they aim to join Danny Baggish in Saturday’s Finale, with Bevan and Murschell taking the early lead thus far. Group C will commence from 1pm BST and Group B will commence from 10pm BST.
