Steve West maintained his position at the top of the MODUS Super Series darts table on Tuesday, after winning four of his five matches on Day Two as he looks to secure his place in Saturday’s Finale, going into the final day of MSS Group A on Wednesday.
West, who entered Tuesday’s play on 8 points from the opening day of Group A, won four matches from five again to remain at the top of the table, as he recorded victories against Johnny Haines, Joe Heywood, Glenn De Bois and Neil Duff, with his only defeat coming against Benito Van de Pas, to sit on 16 points from a possible 20 thus far.
Benito Van de Pas (pictured) is the closest competitor to West, with ‘Big Ben’ sitting in 2nd overall on 12 points, whilst Johnny Haines and Joe Heywood sit 3rd and 4th on 10 points each, with Neil Duff sitting 5th on 8 points and Glenn De Bois sat bottom on 4 points.

The MODUS Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with West leading the way thus far.
Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups for Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.
