William Borland took the early lead on Monday, in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, with Week Four of Series 14 commencing at the Modus Super Series.
Borland, who last competed at the Super Series back in April, made an imminent return by taking the early lead in Group A after winning four matches from five, as he recorded victories against Jelle Klaasen, Richie Howson, Danny Trueman and Arne Spee, with his only defeat coming against George Killington, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, three players in Jelle Klaasen, Richie Howson and George Killington ended the day 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively on 6 points each, whilst Danny Trueman sits in 5th on 4 points and Arne Spee sat bottom on 0 points having suffered five straight defeats.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Borland leading the way thus far.
