Coulson's Perfect 10 at MODUS Super Series

Derek Coulson maintained his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s Finale, going into the final days darts in Group A on Wednesday.

Coulson, who entered Tuesday’s play on 10 points from the opening day of Group A, won all five of his matches again to remain clear at the top of the table, as he recorded victories against Colin McCaughern, Jenson Walker, Ricardo Ham, Keanu Van Velzen and Radek Szaganski, to sit on a maximum 20 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Radek Szaganski is the closest competitor to Coulson, with the Polish thrower sitting in 2^nd overall on 14 points, whilst Jenson Walker sits in 3^rd on 12 points, Ricardo Ham in 4^th on 8 points, Colin McCaughern in 5^th on 6 points and Keanu Van Velzen bottom on 0 points having suffered ten straight defeats.

The MODUS Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Coulson leading the way thus far. Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups for Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.

Play will begin at 9:30am BST on Wednesday and will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Pluto TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
