The PDC Pro Tour continues later today with the first of a Players Championship double-header, as the 2026 season continues in Wigan.
The Robin Park Leisure Centre will play host to Players Championships 21-22 on June 16-17, as the sport’s elite stars compete for the £15,000 top prize in each event.
The two tournaments will see a field of 128 players – comprised of PDC Tour Card Holders and PDPA Associate Members – competing across two days of action, including world number two Luke Humphries, European Champion Gian van Veen and Dutch superstar Michael van Gerwen.

Wessel Nijman – a winner of five Players Championship titles in 2026 – will also headline, as the Dutchman bids to extend his title tally in Wigan.

Play will commence at 1300 BST on each day, and coverage from four boards in each event will be streamed on PDCTV and across bookmakers’ websites worldwide, with German commentary provided on Streaming Board One. DartsWorld social media will include highpoints , results and our regular under the radar stories.
