With the sport’s biggest event set to welcome a record 180,000 fans to Alexandra Palace between Friday December 11 and Sunday January 3.The tournament expands into Ally Pally’s iconic Great Hall for the first time this year, taking Sport’s Biggest Party to an unprecedented scale across 36 sessions of world-class darts over the festive period.
The capacity per session has increased to over 5000, increasing the number of tickets that will be available to fans by over 40% from previous years. Furthermore, the tiered seating in the new arena features wider seats, increased legroom and cup holders on each seat to improve the viewing experience for fans in the stands.

Tickets will be allocated by ballot, with tiered seating available from £55, table seating from £75 and the premium 501 Club hospitality experience from £399.
The PDCTV Annual Members Ballot opens on Tuesday September 1 and runs until Monday September 7, with tickets in this first ballot released exclusively to PDCTV Annual Members. To be eligible, fans must have an active PDCTV Annual subscription in place before 23:59 BST on Sunday August 30.
The General Ballot, open to everyone, follows from Tuesday September 8 to Monday September 14.

Since the ballot was announced, fans have been in touch with questions about how the process will work. Below are answers to some of the most common questions.

How will tickets be allocated?
Tickets in each ballot will be allocated randomly among eligible entrants for each category of the ballot. Every entry has the same chance of success regardless of when it is submitted during the ballot window. Once you have submitted your application, you will not increase your charms of success by submitting additional applications as only your first application will be entered into the ballot.
How many tickets can I apply for?
Fans can apply for up to six tickets per session, across a maximum of two sessions – meaning a maximum of 12 tickets in total per applicant. Success in one session does not guarantee success in the other – you could receive tickets for both sessions, one session, or neither.

Can I choose which sessions I want to attend?
Yes. Fans will select the sessions they would like to attend in ranked order of preference. There will also be the option to indicate that you would be happy to attend any session, which may increase your chances of success in the ballot. As some sessions are expected to be more popular than others, particularly Opening Night, the Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and the Final, being flexible with your session choices may improve your chances of success in the ballot.
Who can enter the first ballot?
Tickets in the first ballot will be released exclusively to PDCTV Annual Members. To be eligible, you must have an active PDCTV Annual subscription before 23:59 BST on Sunday August 30. The General Ballot which follows is open to everyone.
How can I purchase accessible tickets and do these include a free carer ticket?
Accessible Tickets, which include one complimentary carer ticket, will be available in the Ballot and will be clearly marked. When booking, you will be asked to upload proof of your PIP or equivalent to support your booking.
