Gerwyn Price opens his campaign for a second KenoGO Australian Darts Masters title against Simon Whitlock, while Gian van Veen and Raymond Smith are set for a compelling head-to-head clash in Wollongong. Top seed Price, the 2024 champion, will be looking to complete a Welsh double after Jonny Clayton’s recent victory in New Zealand.

The final World Series of Darts event of the year heads to the WIN Entertainment Centre on August 21-22, where Jonny Clayton will look to secure back-to-back titles on the World Series stage.

Friday’s opening round pits the PDC stars against their Oceanic rivals for a spot at Finals Day.

Newly crowned New Zealand Darts Masters champion Clayton faces Ben Robb, while Price – the inaugural Australian Darts Masters winner – takes centre stage on Friday night against Australian legend Whitlock as the pair renew their big-stage rivalry.

Australian number one Damon Heta meets fellow countryman Joe Comito for a quarter-final berth, and debutant Ross Smith locks horns with Brody Klinge, who has shone on the ADA circuit throughout 2026.

James Wade makes his return to Australia with a meeting against the unpredictable Tim Pusey, while Stephen Bunting is drawn against Mal Cuming, who steps in for the injured Darren Penhall.

Northern Ireland’s Josh Rock takes on Adam Leek, a quarter-finalist on his World Series of Darts debut in Auckland last week.

Meanwhile, World number two Gian Van Veen faces a stern examination from New Zealand Darts Masters semi-finalist Smith, who knocked out Stephen Bunting on the way to the last four in Auckland.

After Friday’s opening night, the 2026 Australian Darts Masters will conclude with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final during a blockbuster Saturday evening session at the WIN Entertainment Centre.

Play gets underway from 1900 local time (1000 BST) on each day, with coverage broadcast live on Fox Sports in Australia, Sky in New Zealand and through DAZN in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
