The World Champion won her round-robin group without dropping a leg and she continued the trend on day two, winning all four knockout games to nil to reach the semi-finals.

Agreement has been reached for the WDF World Championships to be held at the Lakeside Country Club in Frimley Green for 2023, 2024 and 2025.

The same weekend, saw 3 Dutch quarter-finalists at the PDC Austrian Darts Open! MVG beat DVD, and Danny Noppert impressed with a 6-1 win over Joe Cullen.

This year the event seemed to come into its own as the days progressed, crowds increased and the players performed on that infamous Lakeside stage.
