The 12th European Tour event of 2026 is underway in Prague, with the first round of the Czech Darts Open already producing impressive performances in the afternoon session.
Niko Springer produced the standout display of the afternoon, whitewashing Slovak qualifier Martin Homola 6-0. The German (nicknamed ‘Meenzer Bub’) averaged an impressive 102.48 and took out a 150 checkout during a dominant performance.

Springer now advances to a mouth-watering second-round clash with world number one Luke Littler on Saturday evening.
