Luke Humphries has withdrawn from the European Championship, with the World Number Two suffering from Gastroenteritis, the PDC have announced.
‘Cool Hand’ was due to take on Ryan Searle in round one in Dortmund, but Searle will now play Kim Huybrects on Thursday evening, with the Belgian drafted in as a late-notice replacement.
Humphries was last in action in Basel at the Swiss Darts Trophy, where he was defeated by Jonny Clayton in the final.
We wish Luke a speedy recovery.
