Mould Holds Off Mitchell To Retain MSS Darts Lead After Day 2

Adam Mould produced consistent darts to maintain his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after winning four of his five matches on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s Super Series finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday. 

Adam, who entered Tuesday’s play on 8 points from the opening day of Group A, won four matches from five to remain at the top of the table, as he recorded victories against Colin McCaughern, Scott Mitchell, Neil Duff and Patrick Dekker, with his only defeat coming against Dylan Slevin, to sit on 16 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Scott’s Dogged Darts

Scott Mitchell is the closest competitor to Mould, with ‘Scotty Dog’ sitting in 2^nd overall on 12 points, whilst Dylan Slevin and Neil Duff sit 3^rd and 4^th respectively on 10 points each, with Colin McCaughern sitting 5^th on 8 points and Patrick Dekker bottom on 4 points.  

The Modus Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Mould leading the way thus far.

Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups for Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray.
