Baggish Bursts Into Super Series Darts Lead

USA darts star Danny Baggish took the early lead on Monday in ending Day One of Group A, top, after winning four of his five matches, as Week One of Series 14 commenced at the MODUS Super Series. 

Danny, who competed with USA at International Pairs Week last week, made an instant return to the Live Lounge by taking the early lead in Group A, as the American won four matches from five and recorded victories against Conan Whitehead, Dawson Murschell, Jack Smith and Neven Resetar, with his only defeat coming against Jeff Smith, to sit on 8 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Dawson Murschell also ended the day on 8 points, but sits in 2nd behind Baggish due to leg difference, whilst Jeff Smith sits in 3rd on 6 points, Jack Smith in 4th on 4 points, with Conan Whitehead and Neven Resetar sitting 5th and 6th on 2 points each. 

The MODUS Super Series continues on Tuesday with the six players returning, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Baggish leading the way thus far.
