Batchelor Moves Into MODUS Super Series Lead

Diamond Draws Competitions

Carl Batchelor surged top spot in Group A at the MODUS Super Series yesterday, as Day two mirrored the opening stanza and no player established dominance. Bachelor holds a slender two point lead as three players queue behind him as we head into Wednesday’s qualifying shootout.

Carl collected three wins and six points to move ahead of Jack Aldridge, who led after Monday’s play, and hold off the chasing pack. In addition to Aldridge both Jamai van den Herik and Nathan Potter sit on twelve points after repeating their efforts of the day before with three wins from five attempts.

Robert Thornton struggled again but managed to claim a victory and get two points on the board. The Thorn will be hoping to find his usual fluid form in time for the later group stages. Meanwhile Mike Warburton also repeated his Monday efforts but that sees the Welshman trail the leader by six as hit sits in second to last spot with eight points.

Daily play is streamed on Pluto TV with highlights and other coverage on the MODUS Super Series YouTube channel, or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
