While Keely Hodgkinson remains a strong odds-on favourite at 2/7 to be named BBC Sports Personality of the Year tomorrow night, the one bookies allegedly fear in the market is supposedly Luke Littler.

However folks, it’s worth having a thought to yourself why bookies would be talking this up if it were really a threat to them?
Could it be that they are happy to take bets on the boy wonder, while knowing the title is beyond his reach? Surely not.
