Reece Colley, Kevin Edwards, Paul Hogan, Neil Duff and Benito Van de Pas all secured their places in Saturday’s Finale on Friday after coming through their respective darts groups at the MODUS Super Series, to join Steve West, the winner of Group A earlier in the week.
Colley, who entered Friday’s play on 10 points from the opening day of Group C, topped the group overall after winning four matches from five, as he recorded victories against Kevin Edwards, Johnny Haines, Billy Leonard and Joe Heywood, with his only defeat coming against Glenn de Bois, to end on 18 points from a possible 20 overall.
Elsewhere, Kevin Edwards also progressed through to Saturday’s Finale, after finishing 2nd overall on 14 points, whilst Billy Leonard finished 3rd on 10 points, Glenn de Bois in 4th on 8 points, Johnny Haines in 5th on 6 points and Joe Heywood bottom on 4 points.

In Group B, Paul Hogan topped the group overall despite only winning one of his four matches on Friday Evening, with his solitary victory coming against Carl Wilkinson and his three defeats coming against Simon Stevenson, Neil Duff and Benito Van de Pas, to end on 10 points from a possible 16 overall.
Elsewhere, Neil Duff and Benito Van de Pas also progressed through to Saturday’s Finale, after the pair finished 2nd and 3rd respectively overall on 8 points each, edging out Simon Stevenson, who also ended on 8 points but missed out in 4th due to leg difference, whilst Carl Wilkinson finished bottom on 6 points.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Saturday with the conclusion of Week Two with the six players battling it out for just one spot up for grabs at Champions Week, with the action commencing from 7:30pm BST.
