Mike Warburton and Llew Bevan took the early lead on Thursday in ending Day One of their respective groups, top, as they look to join Andy Baetens in Saturday’s Finale at the MODUS Super Series darts.
Mike, who last competed at the Super Series back in July, made a swift return by taking the early lead in Group C after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five, as he recorded victories against Killian Heffernan, Arne Spee, Asa Cansdale, Dylan Slevin and Ciaran Forde, to sit on a maximum 10 points from a possible 10 thus far.

Elsewhere, Dylan Slevin and Asa Cansdale ended the day 2nd and 3rd respectively on 6 points each, whilst Ciaran Forde sits in 4th on 4 points, with Killian Heffernan and Arne Spee sitting 5th and 6th on 2 points each.
In Group B, Llew Bevan took the early lead after winning three of his four matches on Thursday Evening, as he recorded victories against Dom Taylor, Lewis Gurney and Paul Krohne, with his only defeat coming against Jose De Sousa, to sit on 6 points from a possible 8 thus far.

Elsewhere, three players in Dom Taylor, Paul Krohne and Jose De Sousa sit 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively on 4 points each, with Lewis Gurney sitting bottom on 2 points.
The MODUS Super Series continues on Friday with players continuing to battle out as they aim to join Andy Baetens in Saturday’s Finale, with Warburton and Self taking the early lead thus far. Group C will commence from 1pm BST and Group B will commence from 10pm BST.
