African Warrior Sweeps MSS Group

Devon Petersen maintained his position at the top of the table on Tuesday, after completing a clean sweep with five wins from five on Day Two and looks to secure his place in Saturday’s finale, going into the final day of Group A on Wednesday.

Petersen, who entered Tuesday’s play on 8 points from the opening day of Group A, won all five of his matches to remain at the top of the table, as he recorded victories against Chris Quantock, Steve De Buck, Romeo Grbavac, Graham Usher and Robbie King, to sit on 18 points from a possible 20 thus far.

Elsewhere, Graham Usher is the closest competitor to Petersen, with ‘The Gambler’ sitting in 2^nd overall on 16 points, whilst Robbie King sits in 3^rd on 12 points, Chris Quantock in 4^th on 10 points, with Romeo Grbavac and Steve De Buck sitting 5^th and 6^th respectively on 2 points each.

The Modus Super Series continues on Wednesday with the six players returning on the final day of Group A, hoping to boost their chances of securing a place in Saturday’s Finale, with Petersen leading the way thus far.

Players who finish in places 2-6 will be split into two groups in Thursday and Friday’s play with Afternoon and Evening sessions taking place on both days, as well as new players entering the fray. Play will begin at 9:30am GMT on Wednesday and will be streamed live on the Modus YouTube channel, Pluto TV or via various bookmaker’ websites worldwide.
